Radeon Xpress 200M and FLEM - Mod Driver Issues

1. Yes, I did all the process in Test Mode.
2. Tried installing 14.4 modded driver but, same with 15.11.1, it installs and works but crashes upon boot-up when i restart the laptop.
3. I've also tried other Crimson drivers today like 16.1, 16.4 but all of them doesn't work.
4. Here's the error that I get when I try to mod 15.7.1 drivers
and when I click Continue, another error comes up
Basically, the error just keeps on re-appearing the more I click Continue and the number just keeps on increasing (56, 58, 60)
