I figure you have reached to the point where you have modded the drivers by now, after that open the folder where the new driver is located and click Setup.exe to run the setup. After setup is done restart your system with driver signature enforcement disabled everytime you start you machine.
If you haven't modded the driver yet then you need to download a newer version of the AMD drivers, preferably anything before the omega driver.
If you haven't modded the driver yet then you need to download a newer version of the AMD drivers, preferably anything before the omega driver.
- Click on it and let it extract, it should go to "your drive"\AMD folder.
- Open FLEM and select browse and select the main folder of the extracted driver, It should detect the rest for you.
- Go ahead and select FULL MOD to keep things simple.
- Now here comes the tricky part, you need to have previously extracted a legacy driver the same way you did with the newer drivers. This time they get extracted to the ATI folder i.e "your drive"\ATI.
- In the Cocktail Maker(the place where you can choose a whole lot of legacy files in FLEM) select the files depending on your system 32 or 64bit respectively, refer to the guide about how to do this.
- Click on Modify and let it complete.
- Now go to the folder where you extracted the new drivers which have just been modded, they are in the AMD folder.
- Click Setup.exe to begin installing the driver and the rest of the files.
- Wait till it completes then restart you machine.
- When Windows is starting up disable driver signature enforcement, too bad you have to do this everytime you start your machine.

This is a common issue when someone tries to MOD the same driver with itself. You cannot use the file you want to MOD as the source of the base files in the cocktail maker.
