Thank You for quick answer an considering to add my card on the list.
Finally managed to upload modded INF file in first post (must be in ZIP),
and here are original INF file from VTX3D installation disc:
My card has the same drivers as
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9490
and
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9498
which are supported in almost all "legacy" versions of Catalyst, and are on supported card list.
Here are modded INF files from Catalyst 13.1 legacy (latest I found and tested - working great):
I'm sure it could work even better with some tweaks, but that's where You are expert.
Hope it will provide you enough info for including this card in FLEM.

Congratulations modding your new drivers.
Sure in the next release of FLEM I will consider adding support for your card, those AGP cards are pretty rare that is why it is not in the supported list.

VTX3D Radeon HD 4650 not recognized was created by passat
I have VTX3D Radeon HD 4650 AGP graphic card and original CD with drivers and Catalyst which could be installed on XP.
Now I have Windows 7 and installation refuses to start.
I've downloaded some kind of newer installation of Catalyst from VTX3D site, but it is also for XP and Vista only.
Started this installation from sub-dir for Vista and it installs, but driver have some bug not working on full screen of monitor when it's connected on DVI.
I've downloaded all possible legacy versions of Catalyst and they do not recognize my card.
Finally I modified one driver from legacy Catalyst package and installed it. It is working great, but I have no Catalyst installed.
Device ID of my card is:
ven_1002&dev_9495&subsys_0028148c
and it works great as "ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series" with ATI driver (in INF file I modified original name to know that correct version is installed).
I attached modified INF file from driver which is working and snapshot of GPU-Z screen.
Is it possible to add this card to program and on list of supported cards???
