Here are my results after Modding the 13.6 Beta 2 Catalyst drivers with FLEM for a ATI Mobility HD 2300.

Performance is noticeable in all areas where graphics processing is necessary : For example :-

Streaming flash videos are much smoother even with HD quality.
Gaming just got better.
High speed browsing - Browser Hardware acceleration in Firefox and Chrome can now be enabled to make surfing a whole better.
