Just to be clear Armiloman, when using windows 7 i never had a graphic problem, vga, kodi 16.1. Upgrading to windows 10 under Basic Display driver kodi worked fine but no external vga display. Before finding your mod after 2 weeks of research i successfully got leagacy 10.2 vista_32bit_64bit to load from AMD website and had good graphics and VGA monitor. Looking into directx version it states 12 but features in Basic Displa 9 through 11. Through Driver legacy 10.2 directx features only 9_2 9_1. I believe this is my problem for Kodi. Currently after modding legacy 10.2 64 bit on your home page following instructions on your guide i successfully recieved basic display (flem mod). This changed nothing for VGA or directx features reading beyond 9_2. I am currently on modded manufatuer driver of LH6A_inf. When power up computer this morning something weird, I now have only VGA and no laptop screen, the situation of monitors reversed and still no kodi. Display settings are still the same (this PC) not on extend display setting to be clear. Also graphics are horrific. I hope and appreciate if you are able to help me figure this out when I attach log this evening if I can find it, not real sure on the steps to recieve log but will give it a shot. Did another clean install using HP manufacturer drivers, did the mod and back to directx features 9_2 9_1, makes no sense. With the shitty Microsoft Display I show all of them. Ive never had issues before going to Windows 10 using Kodi or the VGA plugin, even when getting the legacy 10.2 drivers installed before coming across this Flem Mod gave me external VGA monitor but the features of directx wasn't there. Guess I am back to the drawing board. I have follow the guide instructions to the T and cannot believe The Radeon X1250 graphic Processor with M690T will not work. After reading other success stories of ones here, I wonder if their direct features are there and if in fact their external plugins are working.

Ok so I went in and did another clean install and now show all feature levels 9 through 11 versions in the directx, Still no VGA, hmmm seems Im talking with myself but will share any way. I now have a yellow triangle in device manager with display adapter as well. When I ran the DXDIAG in the run box it states at the bottom "There is a problem with the Microsoft Display Adapter (Flem Mod) device. For more information , search for 'graphic device driver error code 31". So I will continue searching hunting and trying to resolve but if anyone can offer some help I would sure appreciate it. Forgot to mention Windows 10 Version 1607 AMD Turion (tm) 64x2 mobile tech TL-58- 1.90 GHZ 4.0 GB Ram 64 bit system x64 processor no pen no touch

Ok took awhile but I have mod using 10.2 legacy 9x installed manually using catalyst 14.2 version reading in Device Manager as Microsoft Display (Flem mod) so it took and I am good I think. Problem is when I run DXDIAG it shows version 12 but next page only features 9_1 9_2 and my VGA port will not recognize external monitor on my compaq 6715 B laptop. If anybody is familiar with KODI Jarvis 16.1 in which ran great on windows 7 same computer but now cant in windows 10, I felt after getting my ATI Radeon X1250 graphic processor M690T chipset ironed out through Flem Mod I'd be good to go for I do know Microsoft Basic Display refuses to acknowledge external plugin VGA, before coming across this mod I used just 10.2 legacy drivers and had external fine but no Kodi, with Basic Display I had Kodi so what I am finding is that if the feature level in DirectX reads less than 10 No Kodi. Can anybody PLEASE HELP!!! Very frustrating, I appreciate very much this Flem Mod and those who care enough to fix what ATI/AMD refuses to do for I believe my laptop is just fine except this lousy graphic driver problem to put the consumer through a living hell. I literately have many hours of research this week stumbling onto you, I can only imagine the time you have put into this. I am very appreciative of people like you for I am not the savviest computer guy. Thank You
