UPDATE: I thought I had gotten smart and went back to basic drivers, went into Kodi Version 17 download from Windows store. Hey now that I think of it still had external monitor hmmmm anyway graphics did not look so awfully bad probably could of live with it however the lagging of the internet a little bothersome. Mouse worked great until you are in Kodi then its just lags awful but hey it LOADED I went and DISABLED DXVA2. Exited the program went through unsigned driver steps reloaded FLEMMOD and thought I am now in good shape Launched Kodi and disappointment set in. So its not a DXVA problem, something with the Flem Modded driver is not allowing Kodi. Not sure what but it narrows down to that modded driver, I know in windows 7 64 bit legacy 10.2 drivers Kodi worked fine, not sure of the broken ect. your referring to. I bet it has to be simple somewhere thats causing the issue for I still show yellow triangle in device manager even tho it says working properly per screen shot you have. Any way no where to go now but to make a decision. Thank you

also not sure it means anything but I noticed today that if my computer just does a restart without going through the steps taking for the mod the computer starts without the modded driver. Is that normal? Every time computer is to be shut off I must shut off through unsigned driver process? Just curious

I no longer have CRU download for display so right now im at highest level of 1600x1200 on its own. I now have all afternoon to play around, I have just went through all compatibility modes to no avail. Pretty ridiculous really, if you said Flem logs looked good and you had success with KODI from your screen shots I don't think my graphics are much different than the one you tested? I simply cannot even get into KODI settings pass the screen shot I sent you. I looked into DXVA and DXVA2 accelerations on whether I was able to enable or disable before downloading of KODI, seems it maybe better to get through Windows store for updated versions as KODI is constantly evolving. This is absolutely nuts. I still feel feature levels are a key somehow, you do show a 9_3 in your DX Display screen shot here and NO 3D, im showing 3D with no 9_3, dont know just pointing out a difference. I did however download DXVA checker but that stuff is beyond me, I could screen shot information through the tabs of that program but not sure any of that would help you at all. Your much more involved now than I could have possibly hoped for and frankly I feel bad. Been much help but seems now I have some decisions to make. I just put 200.00 into this laptop fixing power inlet on mother board and upgrading to a SanDisk ssd. So I will either revert back to windows 7 to have Kodi and external monitor or resort to shitty Basic drivers of windows 10 for Kodi and figure out how to have external monitor if there is a way. I know it wont be long and windows 7 will no longer be monitored or updated by Microsoft like they did XP. Pretty shitty predicament. If Kodi works in windows 10 with shitty basic drivers I dont for the life of me understand why not in better graphic modded drivers. not a computer guru but just makes no sense at all

Checked your monitor capabilities and the maximum resolution it can handle is 1680 x 1050. Going over this limit could damage your monitor don't go past it. So in your case forcing 1920x1080 is a no no stick to the highest you can go in that range.

Got the screen shots, need one for the display tab in Dxdiag. While I look through them you can try the following steps:

A thing to try is to uninstall Kodi completely and reinstall using Run as Administrator.

Have you run it in compatibility mode ?

Right click and go to properties then compatibility tab, check run as administrator and select compatibility for windows 7.
If that doesn't work select another compatibility.

Another thing to try is disabling acceleration, since 10.2 legacy drivers have broken DXVA the issue might be DXVA2 related as well.

Found a video showing you how to disable it in kodi, if you can actually get to the system menu.

Sent them by email, the only difference I can see as of right now is in feature levels you will notice on screen shot im not showing 9_3, I have 9_1 and 9_2 as usual through Flem Mod anyway graphics all seem to be good and Flem Mod is working but no Kodi and thats the disappointing factor.

They are not coming through, I tested the upload and it works, try again one last time with just one if it fails you can use an online service like Upload and share screenshots and images - print screen online | Snipboard.io to post screen shots there and paste the links using image link icon in the toolbar.

Sending them to the this email address [email protected] maybe an option too.

Absolutely unbelievable, I have tried screen shots through cell phone, finally just took pictures connected usb to computer sent to computer made file and came here using attached file and NOTHING. I have never in all my life had trouble attaching a file using computer on any social media, it should be ABC. Not happening. I am moving to the tool link you posted for GLs, Ill have to do other I guess tonight when I have more time, I sent already everything asked for before you asking but their obviously not uploading.and no KODI is not working beyond un modded Basic Driver. dissappointed for graphics seem fine but no 1920X's and I use to get it so im sure its capable right now im using 1600X's, I even used your CR tool link added 1920 times but will not for some reason show up in display as options probably because I did something wrong anyway very frustrated I cant get a simple image uploaded here

The log looks fine, post some screen shots of your DXdiag screen.

Download this tool and post screenshots of the screens too OpenGL Extensions Viewer 6 | realtech VR | realtech VR

Post a screenshots of the Kodi video section the same window like the one I posted.

So what is the status of Kodi? Does it still crash?

Maybe your card can't do FULL HD but can go higher than HD.

Not showing the 1920x1080 res, so im to blame somewhere I suppose, ill have more time this weekend I hope to look into it more thanks

ok i followed instructions and did a clean install as instructed with 911 version cl's after modding no kodi hmmmm tried the Dx link and now this attached screen shot, getting ready to check resolution of graphics but looks successful mod other than I still have a yellow triangle in device manager but no error code 31 or others now. Says device working properly. I must have done something wrong. Uhhgg
